Too early to tell whether the pool owner stole all the ICG. I highly doubt taking the mined ICG would be more profitable than running his pool properly long-term, and that he's just busy at the moment (people sleep/have day-jobs).
However, contact information for the pool's owner is available from the public whois listing for coin-miners.info just in case.
