Thank you so much for collecting and collating these unofficial rules. While they aren't (yet) fully confirmed, they will at least provide a basis for forum members to adhere to and the community to help moderate where they see violation of said rules.
For too long have the entire set of rules been scattered around the forum, where only the determined would dig them up from old posts and the like.
Would it be possible to have staff discuss and confirm the definitive list of forum rules? While many of them are common sense to most people it certainly doesn't hurt to have a floated, locked topic with them in.
Well, even though I'm moderator (patroller), I don't have the privileges of stickying a topic. I am discussing this situation with other staff though.

What do you mean? begging in pm is not allowed either. so this thread is a discussion thread at the moment and when we can confirm all the rules then you'll post again and lock the topic and have it as a sticky?
I prefer it to be left as a discussion unless other moderators/staff would convince me otherwise. I'd sticky this myself if I could, however I don't have that much power although I am discussing the matter as I mentioned previously.
