devs were incogcoin who launched the coin and went mia, then i hired a bunch of people on freelancer and guru and worked with them. I gave them ICG at launch and promised them that the coins will go to 2k sats. I do not know if they are legit or not. I did try to revive this coin because it looks good. POW and POS, etc. etc. Im sorry it went down like that.
