First time BM purchaser! Got my 8 S3s today, 7 run like champs around 441ish, although I have one that has a massive 25% HW errors, hashing at about 60-65% of what it should be doing. Any ideas?

The two easiest and most mentioned were:
1. Swap out your power supply just to rule that out.
2. Pull off the heatsinks and check for excess thermal paste. Clean thoroughly and reapply.
