That is what I gathered as votes are still increasing.

I didn't find an official explanation from Mintpal, so I can't say for sure.


No need for any official explanation I think

Remember Mintpal just got hacked last week. Although Mintpal was lucky enough to get bailout by VRC dev team, last week was still the most terrible and busiest week for this exchange since it launched. I don't believe Mintpal had any spare time to take care of voting last week

And for DNotes, better don't put excessive hope on Mintpal as many traders are now moving away from this exchange

That is a very good point.  After being hacked so many times in a matter of months Mintpal's trading volume has already been negatively affected. However, it will still give DNotes added exposure, if selected.
