As nice as it is to have new people in our community and especially those who purchase a large amount of VTC if those same people jump ship over a vote I'm not sure they actually belonged in the first place. No one said that this was a binding vote. This could simply be a tool to get the pulse of the community. There's absolutely no reason to overreact one way or another.


There are those on both side of the debate for the inflation and maturation issues. The development team cannot make everyone happy it's impossible. I think everyone can agree they're a smart group of people and as they've already shown they don't make knee jerk reactions to things. We can expect every decision they make to be defined by a long intelligent thought process, with much debate, the community's voice heard, and most importantly with VTC's best interests at its core.


Tensions can be high for the volatility of trading in alts or for that matter in any stock market. My advice to investors, before jumping in and overreacting each turn up or down is to understand what's going on. It's not a place for the faint of heart. Understand that VTC is not a scam coin looking to sell out for temporary gains. This is a long term investment. There will be many ups and downs. Take a deep breath!

When I first thought about trading by injection of FIAT I first used imaginary money and watched my investment for about a month. I kept track of what my purchases and sales would have been (again imaginary money) on different days at the markets price. You get to see some of the ups and downs and can spot a P & D. These can be expensive lessons so I'm glad all I lost / gained was imaginary cash

We need to focus on making all of our community facing environments a more positive experience for people interested in CC and VTC. Think of yourself for a moment as a newbie looking to invest in CC. You heard something about VTC and came to this thread to learn more. Would you invest after reading the last 10 pages? What about Reddit? Or lack of posts on the official forum?

Lets clean shop and start focusing on the good while we let the devs work out the details. I'm not saying don't post your feelings, or thoughts just do so in a different way. Don't come in guns blazing threatening, offer constructive criticism.  Ignore the trolls, they feed off the negative. If you don't get it they'll leave for another thread that will indulge them.

It's time to remember what made this community so amazing. People helping each other, talking about innovation, getting excited about what's to come.

The only thing that I would ask from the dev team is that they pop in now and again to answer questions and talk about what's on their minds. We all know you're working behind the scenes but those looking to invest do not. Come on in and say Hi
