@cesra- It is for the current coins in circulation and everyone who continued to believe in HonorCoin through all the past difficulties, the people who spent their time and money helping this project come back to the frontline and who continue to make this coin stronger as we approach launch.
I say this respectfully as I don't know the intent behind your question.. but If your trying to start FUD, You could've believed in this coin for the past 2 months but clearly you did not. But you are more then welcome to buy in while it's still low and/or mine when we launch in 36 hours.
