It's sad that this thread is littered with nothing but greed and laziness. This is really profound technology empowering people and giving them back their privacy and every other post is about mining or repeating questions already answered but people are too lazy to spend a minute to find the answer so they just repeat the question. Then the greed trying to push people to other forks and calling it a premine all for their own personal gain nothing more.

I love that speech from the movie Wall Street "greed is good" by Gekko and believe people acting in their own self interest benefits society as a whole. The implications of the possibilities and cryptonote's tech is the value, at least take a minute to appreciate it before trying to make a quick satoshi ignoring the big picture.
I'm in awe of this coin and cryptonote and how it was devoloped on the deep web by anonymous people that didn't do it for personal gain but to empower people and change the world. It's eerily similiar to Satoshi and Bitcoin. I know it's bitcointalk where trolls and idiots everywhere but this isn't your average copy and paste clone coin it's completely new and unlike shit like darkcoin it's already functioning.  It's frustrating trying to get to the interesting posts of this thread scrolling past so much noise..there's another thread about mining and the other forks have their own threads so STFU
Their might be valid reasons to create forks like mining subsidies to protect the network or quantity of coins ect but not because you didn't get in to mine early enough..world doesn't revolve around you and this coin and Cryptonote weren't developed so you could make fast money mining on low difficulty at launch.
end rant back to scrolling through pages of useless posts to find the few quality ones.
