Zionism isn't even particularly religious or Jewish.
Quite. 100 years ago, Zionism was considered by European Jews to be anti-Semitic. How times change.
oh they are still divided on the issue... but over time most of the people who supported Zionism moved to Isreal..
so now you have Isreal with some 90% or so support for Zionism. and the Jews in the outside world who are either indifferent or do not support Zionism.
of course there are also Zionists who live outside of Isreal too.. they are the ones trying to convert more Jews and to make them into soldiers of the future.
my Jewish friends aren't Zionists.. if the were they would have moved to Isreal a long time ago. but instead they reject violence and accept cultural and religious diversity.
one of my friends even celebrates Christmas.
it doesn't mean he is anti-semetic it just means he is open minded.
