Whilst this is not the best of news, you have to hand it to Guy for being honest and upfront once the problem was discovered, many companies wouldn't have been so quick.
I'm with others ... don't judge yet ... let them test and report back, I'm sure they will do the very best they can for people with orders, they've been consistent with everything else so far.
