To Unacceptable: I have been in touch with Lightfoot. He is the end all be all when it comes to BFL Miners. I read a lot of his posts and plan in trying to do some of the stuff he has done. This is an education for me.
To bcp19: I am a registered user of the Butterfly Labs site, so I used the RMA form.

Sent them my shipping address since this is second hand and I am now awaiting further instructions. I know there are a lot of posts out there regarding poor customer support, but so far top notch.
