We would get a huge boost in value and, assuming it's not a 1 day thing, maintain it.
1PND=1USD$? It is possible?
Current trading value is around $0.000006/PND, which means the coin has a total market cap around $180,000.
If the coin appreciated to $1/PND, you'd be looking at a marketcap around $32 billion - aka, 4 times larger then BTC's current marketcap.
So... $1/PND might be "possible", but it's pretty damn unlikely anytime soon. You'd be looking at a huge boom in crypto values in general, and PND would have to become one of the top coins.
$0.0001 (1/100th of a penny) seems like a bit more realistic goal.
When you think about it, $8 billion marketcap is peanuts compared to even smaller country currency market caps. And 4 times that value is not that much bigger, with many countries and even individuals with more than $32 billion total. As you said, it's not anytime soon. Any digital currency, whether it is Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin or Pandacoin is endorsed by the average user will achieve much bigger market caps than say what bitcoin's size is currently at.
What PndaSanta said is right, 32 million users is peanuts in the grand scheme of things for the coin that average folks will use. Just a matter of when, and which coin.
