The dev has your IPO why would he not just cut his winnings and move on to another project? If you cant understand this logic it's why you lost your money. If you still think escrow matters then you not intelligent.

Coins need to be designed in the best interest of the investor not the dev. This is just a transfer of wealth from the complacent to the prudent. I'm sure the dev will do something much better with the money than investing into an IPO coin.
