to be fair antminer s-3's fell short. 441 gh vs 478 gh but the watt per hash was on spot around .75 watts a hash.
if the sp30 does close to the .46-.50 watt mark and hashes at 4.8th it will not be the end of the world.
a 20 percent refund for 20 percent hash shortage does fix the issue.
The key is do they come close to the .46-.50 watt mark.
If it can't do .65 watts it would be a really big problem.

s-3 was about 7.7% short in hashrate 441 vs 478. s-3 is spot on in power rate .75 watts a gh. To make amends they gave a 7.7% refund or a 10% coupon on your next purchase
