The exchange is not the issue, having it listed someplace it better than not having it listed anywhere, it's an open forum for people to trade. If the coin is not doing will, it's either the lack of promoting the coin or lack of interest by the community to trade said coin or just lack of time for the coin to mature. Complaining that it's on an exchange is idiotic. Some better use of your time is donate to the Dashcoin community projects https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=698268 to help promote the coin or possibly go mine another coin you want to pump and dump that's trading on another exchange, this might make you happy.
