I would strongly recommend making an activity limit to 30 and post count to 30 to even enter.. MOST OF THESE ACCOUNTS ARE SHILL ACCOUNTS OR PUPPET ACCOUNTS.
Even junior member is not good enough, better be member or above ranks, so it will hard to make shill account on that level.
