Are these asshole scammers back to deleting posts? You do know it isn'tworth it to ddelete posts after a couple of days sinc everyone has already seen them. Well just for good measure. yes they are. they seem to be a bit put off that people are posting here on how to file a consumer complaint. I have no idea why, if they are so above board and all.
you'd think it would occur to them at some point to simply follow the law. you cannot control the internet. and I have problems understanding how they have the time, seeing as people are supposedly so ^*()ing busy building miners that they do not have time to process refunds.
send me my money and I'll stop posting on this thread, maybe. until then, unfortunately for both myself and Black Arrow, I am still a customer.
Anyhow they deleted my post outlining how to properly file a complaint. I am shocked to the core. it's almost like they'd rather not have people know their actual rights or options or something.

people should be climbing all over these people at this point. people have been waiting 6 months in some cases for refunds and are getting nothing but a seemingly endless stream of excuses. we're told they have no time to deal with refunds but they seemingly have time to be moderating this thread and their forum.
exercise your rights if you want your money back, folks.
