Removing heat = cooling.

Every air cooled datacenter needs X amount of CFM to keep Y KW worth of hardware at Z degrees.

No.

Removing heat = Removing hot air from the building
Cooling = Cooling the same air and circulating it back

Can't make it simpler, sorry.

The issue is complicated by the fact that the incoming air is the same temp as the ambient, and the internal air is being dumped outside.  The real question should be what is the heat capacity of those 15000CF that is being removed. That depends on air pressure (elevation) and water vapor.  It's a little complicated unless you do that stuff for a living.

If the 15000CFM is able to bring in enough "cool" air from outside and the hot air can rise to the top of the warehouse it doesn't really matter.
