The limecoin java library from HashEngineering is probably the one that is the closest to quebecoin. It's got x11, and dgw2 in there. But no front end wallet. It might be a good starting point.

Yes I saw it and looked at android wallet all the day. For sure I have not enough knowledge to do it. My speciality is more it security and c coding. I think it will be better to buy directly the android wallet to hashengineering
