So because a BA rep contacted Dogie directly and you guys chatted for and hour but yet they have gone dark on even there own forum and the last few post from weeks ago was we are to busy to communicate . So that personal contact with you directly was enough to warrant a mid range com rating. 
I think i'm gonna agree with that fellow that said you were biased and getting something out of the situation . One of the biggest complaints about BA has been Communication for over 5 months now . Them talking to you directly does SHIT for the rest of us did you bother to ask them specifics to relay some useful information to the rest of us or your 1hr convo consisted of where to mail your on the house units ?
