From what i understand, anon transaction fees are paid back to stakeholders of cloak. Same will happen with OneMarket transaction fees. So the real PoS rate is much higher than the 6% annual.

And there is no minimum amount of coins to hold to stake, so dont have to invest $10k for a node or something else.
