window wallet has been take down, seem they accidential put the test build for window users, so they will ALL have orphan

i think dev made those issues on purpose, they luanch on time, with wallet, qt, source, everything fine, so no one can complain, but no one can run it, they end-users error, not from dev. Then Dev is then busying to raping low diff... blah..blah... too familiar scenario
