I love the emphasis on NO PREMINE!!! but 21% of the coins are for an ICO. PEOPLE this is a 21% pre-mine. That's what an ICO is, it is a pre-mine by the dev but instead of waiting to dump the coins at a later time, he gets the money up front! That's what it is!

Possibly for others, yes! For me, anything pre-mine or ICO I stay for away from. Too much risk for my blood.
