GMT generally doesn't have AM/PM, it should always be 24h format.

I know. But a lot of people don't use 24h format. Especially lazy "developers". Better safe than sorry & missing a launch.

At least we'd have a reason to call the dev a scammer if he used a wrong time format Tongue
