Can be, lately some people are destroying the marketplace. Yes, why do you want to make a coin from nothing when you can already use a lot of the source of another coin. The point is, what already exists you just take it and you are improving your coin based on your own ideas. Everybody can make a X23 coins or a X99 coin, but what will that add to the value of your coin?
