You got Middlecoin off poolpicker by saying something that isn't true, so that's nothing to be proud of.
The last time it was on poolpicker it had the highest average return over the previous two weeks. I don't think poolpicker is totally accurate, but it is true that Middlecoin has returns in the same range as the other script pools. (Which these days means not very good

You said the pool doesn't pay but when I look I can't find any active miners who don't get paid. You stopped mining before your balance was high enough to be paid. See the difference?
It sounds like you have some unexchanged coins that are not selling fast. If you look at the table it says "Unexchanged Balance (estimated BTC)". "Estimated" because the value of the coins is unknown until they can be sold. They could have lost or gained value. They might be slow to sell or never sell.
What's your balance now? Is it going up?
