I don't see any crimes im sure the courts would agree.
I see lots of greedy unintelligent people being permitted to transfer their assets to third parties via unregulated online gambling services like Bittrex.
No crime
No recourse
Just reality and childish people who find being negligent with digital assets hard to accept when someone takes advantage of their greed.
Can I ask what your alternative for bittrex is? Another exchange? Or just not mining any altcoin?
I was did not mean to unduly single bittrex out, all the exchanges should be viewed as potentially profitable fast paced trading casinos!
Bittrex is getting a lot of attention this week as their policy of adding any new coin that gets more than 2btc per day on the smaller exchanges has lead to numerous covert premine scams costing over eager traders a lot of BTC.
OK. Do you have any suggestions? What can I do as a miner when I mine new coins?
