Can someone explain, my reward seems to be about the same for each block. Is that right how it works? Even if I have lets say 5THs miner setup and it takes a week to find a block, I will get same reward ? And then its also possible on other hand to find 10 blocks in one day and get reward for each one within that time period?

Slush's Pool is a score based system. One block is only one block, no matter how long it is. Your payout is for your score of accepted shares during that block. Your payout depends on your hashtate, the pools hash rate and the difficulty at the time.
