Wow.  Just...wow.  I have no dog in this hunt but I have been studying the various pre-order startup tech mining companies and this is the first one to use what ostensibly looks to be the equivalent of a pinksheet stock manipulation scheme.  A typical ps stock racket is to dangle shares, hook buy-ins, then fold while "apologetically" lamenting that they were upbeat and optimistic but the money's "gone".  Sometime later a new company is written up on paper and the process starts again.  Investors beware, be very ware.
