This means:

Exchanges
Gambling Sites
Other Services

All of which profit from the "free service" provided. Many of which also "spam" threads.

PM Coin OP for post in OP thread. Create on post in appropriate sub-forum (marketplace for exchanges maybe?)

Also, posts by "shills" advertising a pool (ie "really  hope pool was here") should be classed as spam, and attempts to circumvent the rules also.
