Wallet v8.3.17

Trying to transfer lets say 1000 BTQ to my other wallet.
Getting "Transaction too large." error.
Clicking Ok shows "Error: Transaction creation failed!"

Transaction fee is set to 0.00100 BTQ

What am I missing?
