1. Close the wallet
2. Zip your EKITA folder in Roaming <- this is very important, do backup wallet.dat at least
3. Clean EKITA roaming folder except wallet.dat and conf
4. Run wallet and sync

Maybe it will help.

have tried it , does not work . it seems the coins has been sent to the blackhole address , the coin is sent not stick on the wallet
