http://www.bitmaintech.com I guess I don't understand why there are leads to every pin on the connector, rather than just the ones needed to turn on the PSU. Is it safe to assume those leads would be live, and have current running through them? I'm no EE, I'm just curious if these are 'safe' enough to use in a household with animals or children.
