If they unveil their identities/hire respectable person/show real linkedin profiles/put on cards reputation, price may go up a bit. Then, if again, they continue to deliver and feed news/start pr/pull media attention price may go up and hold on stable for a while, weeks or month. As example XC, XMR, VRC, CLOAK.
