How many days have they from first email where you wanted a refund? Is it 30-days?
I wrote them to fully refund my money.
1 days later they wrote that they wont refund coz im a business customer (which is wrong, im an individual). So, they ended this 30 days period after 1 day by telling me "we dont refund". Anyway, after this i have given them 14 days to refund my money.
And i am still waiting till the end of these 2 weeks, i am man of my word.
At the next weekend i will start a small claim. Meanwhile i got the tip (and some other tips from someone who already has opened a small claim) not to talk about my strategy here on forums, coz Fiaz is frightened and lurking here.
