Heard doom is the ICB dev and is a scam. Who knows.
People who scam just copy and paste from other coin. Why would they make a new algo ? Too much effort
Well, not really a new algo. It is contained in x11 already except its difficulty was raised and it is being used alone now. I am to lazy to look up the name on my phone.
