I want to send today my coins to Bittrex to wallet. How can I backup the wallet most safely? Backup wallet.dat and copy to 2-3 pendrive?

What is your practice guys?

Please help, I never made a backup because I always hold my every coins in the cloud.

EDIT: But yesterday I sold my all coins (BTC too) and bought 2044 Cloak  Cheesy
