Quite the opposite! BTC betting means a new user with BTC but doesn't have CHA yet can start betting right away. In the backend the Chancecoin server will use Poloniex API to purchase the necessary CHA from the offers on Poloniex and then process the bet using the acquired CHA. This should make it a lot easier for new users to start playing and acquire CHA in the process. Now the question is, when the betting volume picks up, especially with the new volume from users betting with BTC, which way would the CHA price go?
