No, there's no bonus from the foundation for receiving 1k.. just 1k free for sending it. Its really self explanatory once you create an account at stellar.org.
These aren't worth anything since they're giving them away, and prob never will be... but hey, what the heck right?
Wrong! I will not waste my time signing up and put a lot of effort on sending/receiving STELLAR if it is not worth anything.
It is something valuable just like Ripple.
