Hey peeps, whats the maximum and also average temparture you want your individual cores to sit at, when overclocking to 1300mhz for example?

I was chatting to afew mates, they think maximum 60 degrees celsius. And thats cut off point. So therefore, an average of 45 degrees celsius wouldnt be too stressful on these asic cores would it?
