I'm not going to waste my time on this absurd thread other than to direct people to the extortion/blackmail attempt of Jeran Campanella which I detail here:

https://JeranCampanella.com

Michael, quit using Jeran as a magician trick distraction.  Either give me back my coins or call me a liar as part of your getaway, but STOP JUST IGNORING ME.

For what it's worth, I counseled Jeran OVER and OVER to never ask you for ANYTHING as it would only dirty him and lead to chaos later, as it has.   I cannot help that he did not listen to my advice. He is now off on his own rampage because you misused his journalistic integrity.  Stop trying to hide behind this irrelevant distraction you are using to avoid admitting the truth about what YOU have done to ME.

The only reason Jeran got involved in this mess was that you ignored four service requests followed by three personal emails from me.  You told Jeran I overwhelmed your paltry 5 coin mixing pool you had advertised as "unlimited volume".  Sorry about that.  All you had to do was contact ME, not HIM, to resolve this and instead you KEPT MY COINS JUST BECAUSE YOU COULD.

DO YOU REALLY THINK SOMEONE WOULD SEND 127 BITCOINS TO A LAUNDERING SITE THEY'VE NEVER USED BEFORE???

Answer: There's a sucker born every minute and I admit to being one when my turn came and I was bitten by the greed bug.  I needed a mixing service.  The choice was your Bitlaunder.com or bitmixer.io (a legitimate service with a pool of 2000+ coins that later served me well after you failed me in every way).  I initially chose you because you presented yourself in an interview with a respected journalist on a major news website as a successful businessman running a mixing service as one of many in a major franchise run by a team of eight and having a customer base of thousands.  Who thought you would be so brazen as to be a such a liar under such circumstances?  "Unlimited volume"?  Thousands of customers?  Your paltry 5 coin pool was overrun by my transactions which were in the first 600 you ever handled.

Don't ask a distracting and irrelevant rhetorical question of the readership here.

Instead, answer the key questions yourself:

1. Did you accept at Bitlaunder.com 131+ BTC from rickyjames for mixing, yes or no?

2. If yes, did you finally deposit 127+ BTC in rickyjames-controlled wallets, yes or no?

3. If yes, where are they on the blockchain or in your records?

Your silence in addressing these direct challenges only convinces others of your guilt.

The proof is in the block chain no matter how much you deny it.  I've presented the facts that verify my claims.  Prove me wrong; present facts in support of yours.

Finally, I am not responsible for Jeran's statements to you, but YOU are responsible for your actions towards ME.

You get out of this mess either (a) by stealing 127 BTC from me  or (b) keeping a trustworthy reputation with others by doing the right thing.  YOU DON'T GET BOTH.  YOU DON'T GET TO STEAL MY COINS AND ALSO ACT LIKE YOU'VE STILL GOT A CLEAN REP YOU CAN THEN USE TO SCAM STILL MORE AT A LATER DATE.

Choose one or the other and tell us your choice like a man.  Stop hiding behind distractions.  That's what cowards do.

Ricky is right.

Why don't you deal with me separately Moriarty....  Deal with YOUR customer first.

Your repeated side show of jerancampanella.com has no relation to the crime you are accused of.  What does it matter that I emailed you and asked for 20btc to go away? How is that related to your theft of your customer's money? It is a separate issue.  So let us get our facts straight...

Did you admit to me (on several occasions) that you did not dispute receipt of RickyJames coins? Email proof easily shows you do not dispute this.
Did you refuse to give me any payout address that belongs to Ricky or any transaction id proving you returned his coins? [/color]Email proof easily shows you did.
Did I send an email to you from another email account asking for 20 btc to remain quiet? YES! I 100% say that this is FACT.
Did you pay me anything at all? NO!  This is 100% FACT.
Did you tell me that the 127 btc was most likely stolen or hacked and that it was the weirdest transaction you had ever seen and then ask for proof that RickyJames and his coins were clean? Email proof easily shows you did.
Once you reviewed the info, did you say these exact words, "I checked into 'rickyjames' on both bitcointalk and NXTforum and, you're right, he is legit and his coins are legit, so he will be getting them back shortly.  A lot of this could actually have been avoided had he just shot me an email before overwhelming the pool, but what's done is done. MM"? Email proof says you did.

Once you answer those questions, I only have a few more. Are you a man of your word or a liar and a coward? Are you not paying YOUR customer back because you are upset at me for trying to get you to admit that you stole the coins when you in fact did steal the coins?  Here is a quote from you and from this thread,

Quote
Funny thing is, for a 'scamming piece of shit' I sure take care of my customers.  Thousands of people use my sites and in every single case I make sure they are happy and satisfied.  Several times BitLaunder and BitPlastic have been hacked and each and every time I paid clients out of my own pocket so that nobody lost a dime.

So now is the time to "take care of your customer." On many occasions in the past few weeks you have gone on and on about your satisfied customers and your business being for the long run and not based on theft.  So, if that is true, can you please answer my last and most important question...

Don't you want to keep your reputation as a bitcoin pioneer and leader and to do the right thing and pay back your customer's money that you have admitted to keeping? That is what is important here.

To say this:
I'm not going to waste my time on this absurd thread other than to direct people to the extortion/blackmail attempt of Jeran Campanella which I detail here:
https://JeranCampanella.com
is simply absurd.

So, if I understand your position correctly, and please Michael can you correct me if I am wrong... That you will not address your customer, who is currently missing 127 bitcoins that are in your possession, and you justify your theft by calling this thread "absurd" and instead have decided to divert attention to one email where I asked for 20 btc in an attempt to prove what you later admitted, which was the fact that you still had Ricky's coins.

Is that what you are trying to say? My one email to find out if you in fact stole coins, which was the case, is your justification for stealing your customers coins?

Michael I'd love to hear your answer here.
Why not just say you thought they were dirty and you were mad at me, so you kept the coins. Apologize to Ricky, send the coin as you agreed you were, and I'll apologize to you for calling you a scammy piece of shit.

Do you have 127 btc that belong to RickyJames? Yes or No

However, if your response does not address these specific questions in RED, then what do you expect me to call you?  Just do what is right Michael.  Please.
