I recently had problems with a cinkciarz card. The IBAN they gave me to transfer the money was from mBank but when the money hasn't landed in my account they told me to contact BZ. I made 2 transfers and none appeared in my account. I'll not use them again.

Cinkiarz cards aren't issued by neither mBank, nor BZ. Who gave you the IBAN to transfer money to?

I think you are wrong. I bought one card directly from cinkciarz and it has a cinkciarz logo but all the paperwork was BZ.

They have a custom control panel but their service sucks.

I also bought another card on ebay that has "cinkciarz" printed on it but it's an mbank card. I registered it on mbank site and it works fine (apparently like all mbank cards  Grin)

The IBAN was provided by cinkciarz.

They generate a temporary IBAN in their control panel that's valid for 10 days (or so they say!) but it works very bad at least with incoming transfers from outside Poland. My transfers never appeared in my control panel and I had to contact them by email all the time.

I also discovered that I could transfer money directly to the IBAN printed on card but those transfers won't show in cinkciarz control panel. The money was on the card though. Maybe I could have registered this card directly on BZ site bypassing cinkciarz and maybe it worked better.

... PayPal is known for mass red-flagging cards' BINs, if a significant number of users misuse them. I'll be getting some new cards with different BINs soon, though.

What are BINs?
