You can´t really say that they are worth x amount. The reason the exchange rate is high at Justcoin is due to a bug in their transaction processor that make it difficult or impossible to deposit. Some people are trying to send hundred of thousands of str to Justcoin, but can´t get it to show up in their account. When they can, the exchange rate for str will undoubtly plummet. I sent you a few more btc though.

You need to keep a minimum of 50 str in each account as an anti spam measure. This amount can not be sent.
Regarding Facebook accounts -as you noticed, they must be real and used. It won´t work to create a new one. If you can borrow a friends account, you can use that one as well though.
