Provides additional privacy for your IP address, so when using XChat your ip address isn't revealed.

is this todays release? or is there still yet another release coming later today ?

This is the current "TEST" release -which is the RC for tonight's release

Also for anybody having issues syncing with the test release, those issues have been resolved, just re-start your client.
