You plural = everyone. I prefer Qora to Ora but I don't mind making money with either. I think you have a correct approach and don't get me wrong because I like your attitude.

I think with the 'Starfish' approach the emphasis is on the 'WE', and 'we' can also borrow from the "think globally, act locally" mindset too.
Because we don't have a 'leader' as such, nobody can tell anybody else what to do. That is both empowering, but it can be a little daunting too. I think the key is 'communication', because without a traditional management hierarchy to 'keep us all in line' chaos, stagnation & bickering *could* set in if everyone 'waits' for instructions, or waits for others to do 'stuff'.
The Starfish is a very effective organisational approach, but it's not without its own problems.
How do we agree on things? That's where the NXT voting system will come in (hopefully)!
The NXT community is currently debating their own 'organisation' structure at the moment. A lot we can learn from our 'brothers/sisters" at NXT!
