I seriously doubt Come-from-Above will pay anyone 100 bitcoins. Why would someone with that kind of money have a bitcoin address in his signature requesting tips?
It's better to judge people on their actions, not their words. Come-from-Above promised to pay 10 bitcoins to peter378 if he posted a bitcoin address in his signature.
Unless he's on his holidays.
