This usually happen when the desktop suddenly turn off while wallet still running.Try redownloading the block maybe it'll fix the error and dont forget to back up the wallet.

delete everything except the wallet.dat

then download the new wallet, and reopen it.

wallet is working fine here.

everything is ok.
