Yes, the last 2 choices cover every possible price range, and completely nullify any other ranges in the poll. The OP clearly does not know how to craft a valid poll in a survey.
I guess bitcointalk should require you to upload a document that proves you have passed Statistics 101 in order to start a new poll!
