If you review the first page of the op it overviews our plans. In the overview it explains that we will be releasing a detailed whitepaper and road-map. This will answer a majority of your questions. 


Boom updates:

If you send a personal PM to us in Bitcointalk, IRC or Twitter, please allow time for us to respond, as we are working on Boom implementations.

Unfortunately with a new account on Bitcointalk it has a time delay in how fast we can post or pm, we can't wait for our account to mature so we have this limitation removed .
