You have to change the email first I believe. Then request a password reset.

on the right of the email address you will see "Update email and password" click that a window opens put in current password then put in the new password you wanna choose then hit save

how would i go through doing this? The same email is being used as paypal paying email too.
No need to change the email! just change the password
